Since 1995, Trafalgar Homes has been one of the region’s most trusted names in residential development. With more than 1,000 multi-family units and 100+ single-family homes completed, we bring three decades of hands-on expertise to every project we take on.

We handle everything in-house — development, construction, and property management — which means our clients and residents work with one team from start to finish. No handoffs, no gaps, no surprises. Just a build process that runs the way it should and communities that are built to last.

From there, we partner with trusted tradespeople, suppliers, and manufacturers to get the details right.
